If you want to return your merchandise for any reason, return it back to the address below within 30 days or your purchase, in the same condition (unwashed) in which you received it. Once we receive the merchandise, we will refund your purchase to the credit card used for purchase. Please send an email explaining the situation to start the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

DAMAGED OR WRONG MERCHANDISE
If you receive a damaged, blemished or wrong product, you have two options.
1. EXCHANGE: You may exchange the product for the correct, undamaged merchandise. Simply send us a photo or the damaged or wrong product so we can confirm, and we will send you the correct, undamaged merchandise. No need for you to return the product to us for wrong or damaged merchandise.
2. REFUND: To receive a refund, we require that you return the merchandise in the same condition in which you received it (unwashed). Once we receive the product, we will refund your purchase to the credit card used for purchase.
We strive to design, produce and deliver the best product possible. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong, and we will gladly fix the problem. We don't want you unhappy with your purchase or merchandise.
